Hunger in Africa, What can we do?

This is so sad but true. Uganda was place on the list of those countries that are at risk of disaster due to impending hunger yet, this country has resources that can produce more than enough food for the local population and even export the surplus! Something has to be done now, not tomorrow. If each one does a little we will all do much.
